Which version applies? Who approved it? Today that answer sits in a folder nobody opens or in one colleague’s head. Answergrove answers your team’s questions from your own SharePoint documents and lists. Every answer names the document, the page and the SharePoint version it came from, so anyone can check it. People only get answers from content they are allowed to open.

Who Answergrove Is For

Answergrove is made for organisations of 50 to 500 people whose daily work depends on SharePoint documents: quality manuals, procedures, contracts and project files. A file search gives you a list of files. Answergrove gives you the answer, with the source next to it.

What Answergrove Does

An answer, not a list of files

Ask in plain words: “Which version of the quality manual applies, and when was it approved?”

The source with every answer

Document, page and version, plus the approval status where your library uses SharePoint content approval.

Answers from your registers

Contracts, equipment or supplier lists kept as SharePoint lists are read live, not guessed.

Any European language

Teams in different countries use the same documents: a Swedish procedure can answer a question asked in English.

Earlier versions on request

When an auditor asks what applied last year, ask “what did version 3.0 say?”

Permissions first

SharePoint permissions are checked before anything is shown. If the documents do not contain an answer, Answergrove says so.

Coming in the next version: Answergrove prepares e-mails, tasks and meeting invitations from the chat. You check each one and send it yourself.

How Answergrove Is Built

  • A SharePoint web part with Microsoft Entra ID sign-in. For every question, the sources of the answer are checked against Microsoft 365 using the signed-in user’s own identity.
  • A Global Admin approves two app registrations: one signs users in, the other can read only the sites you choose.
  • Language models are Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone. SIA KSJ does not use your documents, questions or answers to train any models.
  • After rollout, the index, the AI and the logs run in your own Azure subscription.
  • It works alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot in the same tenant.

Where your data is processed: the pilot runs in the Microsoft Azure environment of SIA KSJ in Sweden Central (EU), with SIA KSJ as your GDPR processor. The pilot index, document excerpts and logs are deleted within 30 days after it ends. If you continue, Answergrove is installed in your own Azure subscription. Our only sub-processor is Microsoft.

Proven in Production

Answergrove runs at a construction group across 865 SharePoint sites with about 400,000 documents in four languages. It went live there in about eight working days.

How to Start: a Two-Week Pilot

One SharePoint site, two weeks, €1,500 fixed, credited to the rollout if you continue. It starts with a check of who can see what on that site, so that documents shared too widely are closed before the assistant can find them, and ends with a written summary. The pilot runs in our EU Azure environment, so there is no Azure bill for you. Rollout is a one-time project from €4,950, with no per-user licence. It is installed in your own Azure subscription, and Azure usage is billed there.

  1. Tell us which SharePoint site or library you want to start with, plus 5 to 10 real questions your team asks about it.
  2. You receive the two-week pilot plan and a short pilot agreement with SIA KSJ.
  3. Your Global Admin spends about ten minutes on two app registrations with our step-by-step script: one signs users in, the other can only read the chosen site.
  4. We check who can see what on the site, index it in our EU Azure environment and add the Answergrove page to the site. Day 5 is a permission test with a restricted document you choose.
  5. In week two your team asks real questions. On day 10 you get a written summary and a fixed price for the rollout, with the pilot fee credited. If you continue, Answergrove is installed in your own Azure subscription. If not, it ends there and the pilot data is deleted within 30 days.
What do we need to run Answergrove?

Microsoft 365 with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Entra ID. A Global Admin approves two app registrations; the indexing app can read only the sites you choose. For the rollout you also need an Azure subscription in your tenant; the pilot needs none. You do not need a Copilot licence.

Is Answergrove a Microsoft product?

No. Answergrove is built and delivered by SIA KSJ, Latvia (EU), a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. It runs on Microsoft services: SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID and Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone. It is available on Microsoft Marketplace.

We already use Microsoft 365 Copilot. Do we need both?

Answergrove works alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot in the same tenant. Keep Copilot for everyday work. Give every employee answers from the documents you must get right. More on how the two work together.

What happens to our data after the pilot?

SIA KSJ deletes all pilot data, including the search index, document excerpts and logs, within 30 days after the pilot ends. If you continue, Answergrove is installed in your own Azure subscription and runs there.
