Copilot licences are bought per user, often for a year ahead, and management decides who gets one. Give them to the people who write, meet and plan all day: that is where they pay off. The site manager, the engineer and the new hire still need the right version of the procedure. Answergrove has no per-user licence: once it is set up, everyone with access to the site can ask.
Rollout is a one-time project from €4,950. It is installed in your own Azure subscription, and Azure usage is billed there.

- SharePoint permissions: a person only gets answers from content they can already open.
- Microsoft Entra ID sign-in in a SharePoint web part, on the site whose documents it answers from.
- Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone: during the pilot in SIA KSJ’s Azure in Sweden Central (EU), after rollout in your own Azure subscription. SIA KSJ is your GDPR processor during the pilot, and the pilot index, document excerpts and logs are deleted within 30 days after it ends.

What we saw in one tenant.
On 30 September 2026 we set up the same 78 documents, users and permissions in one Microsoft 365 tenant and asked the same 12 questions. Answergrove answered 25 of 26 facts kept in SharePoint lists and found a Swedish procedure for a question asked in English. Permissions held: people without access got no answer from restricted documents.
It is one test with our own demo questions, not a benchmark. The pilot runs the same kind of check on your documents.

Do we need a Copilot licence to use Answergrove?
No. Answergrove needs Microsoft 365 with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Entra ID. For the rollout you also need an Azure subscription in your tenant; the pilot needs none. It runs with or without Copilot.
Will people be confused by two assistants?
Answergrove sits as a page on the SharePoint site whose documents it answers from. People use it for one kind of question: what the documents and registers say.
Coming in the next version: Answergrove prepares e-mails, tasks and meeting invitations from the chat. You check each one and send it yourself.
Can Answergrove show more than a person is allowed to see?
No. It works under the same SharePoint permissions. The pilot starts with a check of who can see what on the chosen site, and day 5 is a test with a restricted document you choose.
What does the €1,500 pilot include?
One SharePoint site or library for two weeks, run in our EU Azure environment: the access check, indexing, the Answergrove page on your site, a permission test, a week of real questions from your team and a written summary with a fixed price for the rollout. If you continue, the €1,500 is credited. If not, it ends on day 10 and its data is deleted within 30 days.
