Most “AI for work” is a chatbot that has never read your documents. We take a different path: an assistant indexed on the sites you choose and checked against your permissions. The pilot runs in our EU Azure environment; after rollout, Answergrove runs in your own Azure subscription.
Your data stays in the EU. Every answer is grounded in a real source document. And because we build on Microsoft Graph and the Microsoft cloud you already trust, there is no parallel stack to maintain.

Two-week pilot on one site
You name the site or library. We check who can see what, index it in our EU Azure environment, and your people ask real questions for a week. €1,500 fixed, credited toward the rollout.
Fixed-price rollout
Scope and price in writing before we start. Starter from €4,950, no per-user licence, installed in your own Azure subscription. More sites and registers as agreed.
Handover
Documentation and the permission model go to your team. Managed support is optional, from €450 a month.

We already have Microsoft 365 Copilot. Where does Answergrove fit?
Keep Copilot for everyday work in Outlook, Teams and Word, for the people who have a licence. Answergrove adds one job for everyone in the company: answers from the documents and registers you must get right, with document, page and version. It works alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot in the same tenant, under the same SharePoint permissions. How the two work together.
What about data privacy and GDPR?
During the pilot, the index, document excerpts and logs are in the Microsoft Azure environment of SIA KSJ in Sweden Central (EU), with SIA KSJ as your GDPR processor, and they are deleted within 30 days after the pilot ends. After rollout, the index, the AI and the logs run in your own Azure subscription. Your documents stay in SharePoint. Language models are Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone; your documents, questions and answers are not used to train models. The assistant reads through Microsoft Graph with each person’s own permissions, so nobody sees more than SharePoint already allows. Your data protection officer gets the full data flow in writing before the pilot.
What languages do you support?
Any European language. Teams in different countries use the same documents: a Swedish procedure can answer a question asked in English.
Can it connect to our other systems?
Answergrove answers from your SharePoint documents and from live SharePoint lists (registers). Other systems are not part of the standard rollout; if you need one, the scope and price are agreed in writing first.
How fast can we see results?
The pilot is two weeks on one site. At a construction group, 865 SharePoint sites with about 400,000 documents went live in about eight working days. A Starter rollout is deployment plus two weeks of tuning; the dates are in the written scope.
