AI agents for Microsoft 365
AI agents that understand your Microsoft 365
We build private, custom AI agents grounded in your real SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 data — agents that answer with citations, take action, and stay inside your tenant. Backed by 15+ years architecting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for organisations across Northern Europe.

AskWhere’s the auto-renewal clause in the Acme vendor contract?
It’s §7.2: the contract auto-renews for 12 months unless you give 60 days’ written notice before the 31 March term end.

Generic AI doesn’t know your business. We build the kind that does.
Most “AI for work” is either a chatbot that has never read your documents, or a per-seat licence that still can’t find last quarter’s contract. We take a different path: AI agents grounded in your Microsoft 365 — your SharePoint libraries, your processes, your rules — running in your Azure tenant, owned by you.
Your data stays in your environment. Every answer is grounded in a real source document. And because we build on Microsoft Graph and the Microsoft cloud you already trust, there is no parallel stack to maintain.
What we build
AI agents for Microsoft 365
Private assistants that search your documents, answer grounded questions with citations, and take action — drafting emails, creating tasks, checking calendars — across Microsoft 365. Our flagship is Answergrove: a Copilot alternative you own, deployed in your tenant.

Track record

How we work — from audit to production
Discovery & mini-audit
We map your processes, data sources, and the questions your team asks most — and define success metrics.
Working prototype
A targeted agent or automation on your real data, so you see the value before committing to full scope.
Production rollout
Permissions, monitoring, documentation, and handover. It scales to adjacent teams without re-inventing the stack.
Most engagements start with a fixed-scope audit, so we both have a clear picture before committing.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Microsoft Copilot?
Copilot is a per-seat licence on Microsoft’s shared infrastructure. Our agents are a one-time build you own, running in your tenant, with prompts and tools tailored to your business — and answers grounded in citations.
What about data privacy and GDPR?
Agents run in your Azure tenant; your documents stay in your environment. The only external call is to the reasoning model under enterprise terms with zero data retention — your data is not used for training.
What languages do you support?
English, German, the Nordic languages, and 90+ more — tested with multilingual document libraries.
Can it connect to our other systems?
Yes — CRM, ERP, ticketing, or anything with a REST API, via Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, or Azure Functions.
How fast can we see results?
A focused prototype is usually live in 1–2 weeks; idea to production typically 3–5 weeks, depending on scope.
