Four things you can order today
Each one has a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date agreed before you pay anything. The work happens in your own Microsoft 365 tenant (the Answergrove pilot runs in our EU Azure environment), built and delivered by one certified architect, not a team you never meet.

Who this is for
Organisations of 50 to 500 people that already run Microsoft 365, are about to turn on AI features, and have no one inside whose job is to get SharePoint ready for it. You describe the task, you get the scope and price in writing, and you get the result with a short guide your own team can follow.
1. Permissions audit before you turn on AI
Any AI assistant can surface what was shared too widely. Years of “just share it with everyone” then show up in answers, in front of the whole company.
What you get
A map of who can see what across your sites, the places where that is a risk, a fix plan in priority order, and the fixes you approve carried out.
Price and time
€1,500 fixed. One to two weeks from the written scope to the delivered report. Credited toward the project if you go on to build with me.
Proof
50 plus SharePoint migrations and permission clean-ups, including a construction group running SharePoint across three countries.
Good to know
Tenant wide, and separate from the Answergrove pilot below. If you also want the automation and AI roadmap, the wider Microsoft 365 audit covers both at the same price.
2. Content clean-up before AI
An assistant is only as good as the library behind it. Ten years of drafts, duplicates and dead sites mean confident answers from documents nobody should be using.
What you get
An inventory of sites and libraries with a named owner for each, a list of stale and duplicated content, retention labels and archiving applied to what you approve, and a written report of what changed.
Price and time
From €2,500 fixed, set by the number of sites in scope. Two to four weeks.
Proof
50 plus classic to modern migrations with metadata, permissions and links preserved. For one customer, 865 SharePoint sites with about 400,000 documents inventoried and indexed.
Good to know
Nothing is deleted without your written approval. Archived content stays searchable to the people who own it.
3. Private answers from your own documents
Answergrove answers from your SharePoint files and names the document, page and version behind every answer. Each person sees only what SharePoint already lets them open.
What you get
A two-week pilot on one site or library you choose, including a check of who can see what before it goes live. If it is not what you need, it ends on day 10 and its data is deleted within 30 days.
Price and time
€1,500 fixed for the pilot, credited toward the rollout. Deployment from €4,950, support from €450 a month. No per-seat licence.
Proof
In production at a construction group: 865 SharePoint sites with about 400,000 documents in four languages, live in about 8 working days.
Good to know
The pilot runs in our EU Azure environment, so there is no Azure bill for you; after rollout it runs in your own Azure subscription. Language models are Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone. Full detail on the Answergrove page.
Coming in the next version: Answergrove prepares e-mails, tasks and meeting invitations from the chat. You check each one and send it yourself.
4. Shared mailbox triage
A shared inbox for helpdesk, invoices or info is a queue with no owner. Requests sit unread, and nobody can say what came in last week.
What you get
Every message classified as a request, an invoice or noise, with a priority and a two-line summary, routed to the person responsible and recorded in a SharePoint list so the queue is visible to the team.
Price and time
€2,500 fixed per mailbox. Two weeks, including a week of tuning on your real mail.
Proof
In production: a construction group’s helpdesk mailbox, classified and routed every 15 minutes, with urgent ones raised as a task and notified the same minute.
Good to know
Mail is read with Microsoft Graph inside your tenant. Nothing is answered automatically; drafts wait for a person.
How ordering works
You describe the task
In writing, in as much or as little detail as you have. Two paragraphs is enough to start.
You get scope and price
What is included, what is not, what I need from you, and the delivery date. Fixed price before any work starts.
The work happens in your tenant
With your approval at each step that changes something people can see.
You get the result and a guide
The finished work plus a short written guide your own team can follow. No lock-in and no retainer.
Questions people ask first
Can you do the work without admin rights in our tenant?
Not entirely. A permissions audit and any clean-up need read access across the sites in scope, and the changes need rights to apply them. What each task needs is listed in the written scope before you agree to it.
What if the task is bigger than it looked?
You hear that before the work starts, not after. If the scope changes during delivery, the change and its price go in writing first.
Do we need Copilot licences for any of this?
No. The permissions audit and the clean-up prepare a tenant for whichever assistant you choose. Answergrove works with or without Copilot, alongside it in the same tenant.
Where is our data processed?
The services work inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. The Answergrove pilot runs in the Microsoft Azure environment of SIA KSJ in Sweden Central (EU), and its data is deleted within 30 days after it ends; after rollout, Answergrove runs in your own Azure subscription. It uses Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone, and your documents, questions and answers are not used to train models.
Who does the work?
Kaspars Jurjans, Microsoft certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) and Azure Administrator (AZ-104), working from Latvia in the EU.
