About KSJ

A Microsoft 365 and AI consultancy, built on 15 years of delivery

KSJ helps mid-market companies put AI agents to work inside Microsoft 365 — grounded in their own data, secure in their own tenant. Behind it: 15+ years architecting SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure for organisations across Northern Europe.

Who you’ll work with

Kaspars Jurjāns — founder of KSJ, Microsoft 365 architect and AI specialist

KSJ is led by Kaspars Jurjāns, a Microsoft 365 solutions architect with 15+ years building secure collaboration and automation platforms — from municipal government to international construction operating across Latvia, Norway, and Sweden.

That experience is the point. Knowing how Microsoft 365 actually behaves in production — messy permissions, real SharePoint, hybrid setups — is exactly what makes a grounded, reliable AI agent possible instead of a demo that breaks on contact with real data.

You work directly with the person who designs and builds your solution. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior team learning on your project. Remote-first, across the EU.

Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) MCSE: SharePoint

What we build

A focused stack: AI agents at the core, the automation and SharePoint foundation that makes them work, and the governance to run them safely.

Flagship

AI agents for Microsoft 365

Private, grounded assistants that search your SharePoint with citations and act across email, tasks, and calendar — like Answergrove, a Copilot alternative you own and control.

Workflow automation

Approvals, document routing, and data flows on Power Automate and Azure — including production invoice automation with audit-ready traceability.

SharePoint & governance

Modern, fast SharePoint integrated with Teams and Outlook, with identity, security, and compliance done properly — not bolted on afterwards.

A case from the field

One example of the delivery behind KSJ — anonymised under NDA, but real and still in production.

Finance automation · construction

Invoice approvals, automated across three countries

An international construction group was processing 500+ supplier invoices a month across sites in Latvia, Norway, and Sweden — approvals stuck in email, with no reliable audit trail. We designed a 12-flow Power Automate and Azure solution: a custom approval app, automated reminders, dynamic permissions, and SharePoint-based tracking with accounting codes and budget validation built in.

−30% cycle timeApprovals dropped from 5 days to 3.5 — saving 260+ hours a year.
5+ years in productionScaled to 20–25 site managers at peak, and still running today.

A Microsoft 365 and AI consultancy, not a code shop

How we work matters as much as what we build. Four principles we don’t bend on.

Business impact firstWe start from the outcome you need, then choose the leanest technology to deliver it — not the other way around.
Grounded, not guessingOur agents cite their sources, so every answer traces back to a real document your team can verify.
You own itYour deployment, your data, your prompts, running in your tenant. No lock-in, no per-seat tax forever.
Honest scopeWe tell you what won’t work before you spend money on it. Results depend on process scope and data quality — we say so up front.

How we work

01

Discovery & mini-audit

We map your processes, data sources, and the questions your team asks most — and define what success actually looks like.

02

Working prototype

A targeted agent or automation on your real data — usually within two to four weeks — so you see the value before committing to full scope.

03

Production rollout

Permissions, monitoring, documentation, and handover. It scales to adjacent teams without re-inventing the stack.

Our story

KSJ began as a SharePoint consultancy and grew with the Microsoft platform — into Power Automate, Azure, and now AI agents. The move to AI isn’t a pivot away from that foundation; it’s built on it. Today the focus is mid-market companies across the EU, with particular attention to the Nordics, Germany, and Denmark — delivered remotely, end to end.

Let’s start with a 30–45 minute call

No slides, no pitch deck. Tell us the processes that still run on email and the questions your team asks over and over — and we’ll tell you honestly whether a grounded AI agent or automation is worth building on your Microsoft 365.
