How much does a private AI or Microsoft 365 automation project cost?
KSJ delivers private AI and Microsoft 365 automation as fixed-scope projects: a €1,500 two-week Answergrove pilot on one site, then Starter at €4,950, Pro at €9,950, and Enterprise from €19,950, with optional managed support from €450/month. You pay once, there is no per-user licence, and the rollout installs Answergrove in your own Azure subscription. Start with the pilot so you see real answers from your own documents before any build; the €1,500 is credited toward the project if you proceed. All prices exclude VAT.

One fixed price, no per-user licence.
Answergrove has no per-user licence: once it is set up, everyone with access to the site can ask, at one fixed price. If you already use Microsoft 365 Copilot, keep it for everyday work; Answergrove works alongside it in the same tenant and answers from the documents and registers you must get right. We do not print a productivity figure here, because nobody has measured yours; the pilot shows you real answers from your own documents in two weeks.
Coming in the next version: Answergrove prepares e-mails, tasks and meeting invitations from the chat. You check each one and send it yourself.

Pricing FAQ
Why a fixed project price instead of a per-user licence?
Because everyone who works with the documents should be able to ask. Rollout is a one-time project, installed in your own Azure subscription, and everyone with access to the site can use it without a licence per person. If you already have Microsoft 365 Copilot, keep it for everyday work; Answergrove works alongside it in the same tenant.
What happens after the pilot?
If it is not what you need, it ends on day 10: no rollout, no further cost, and the pilot data is deleted within 30 days. If you proceed, rollout is a fixed project from €4,950 with no per-user licence, and the €1,500 is credited toward it.
What is included, and what about VAT?
Each tier lists exactly what is included above. All prices exclude VAT. Rollout payment is split 50% at the start and 50% on completion. KSJ charges no per-seat or per-query fee. During the pilot there is no Azure bill for you: it runs in our EU Azure environment. After rollout, the language model runs as Azure OpenAI in your own subscription, so its usage is billed by Microsoft on your Azure invoice.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes. Your team gets documentation, so it can run the system day to day. If you prefer, we provide managed support and iteration from €450/month: monitoring, tuning and small enhancements as your needs evolve.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes, that is the recommended path. Begin with the two-week pilot on one site or library, prove the value on real data, then extend to more teams or sites. Each stage builds on the last without re-doing the foundation.
