How much does a private AI or Microsoft 365 automation project cost?
KSJ delivers private AI and Microsoft 365 automation as fixed-scope projects: a €1,500 Audit & Roadmap, then Starter at €4,950, Pro at €9,950, and Enterprise from €19,950, with optional managed support from €450/month. You pay once and own the deployment in your own tenant — there is no per-seat licence. Most clients start with the audit so scope and ROI are clear before any build, and the €1,500 is credited toward the project if you proceed. All prices exclude VAT.

Why a fixed project price instead of a per-user licence?
Because you should own what you pay for. A per-seat tool like Microsoft Copilot bills every user every month, forever. A KSJ project is a one-time build in your own tenant — the code, prompts, and deployment are yours. For document-heavy mid-market teams this is dramatically cheaper over any multi-year horizon.
Is the €1,500 audit refundable?
It is credited toward your project cost if you proceed to implementation, so the audit effectively becomes free once you build. If you decide not to proceed, you still keep the roadmap and ROI analysis — a useful deliverable on its own.
What is included, and what about VAT?
Each tier lists exactly what is included above. All prices exclude VAT. Payment is split 50% at the start and 50% on completion. There are no hidden per-seat or per-query fees — the reasoning model runs under enterprise terms inside your environment.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes. The codebase is yours and documented, so your team can maintain it. If you prefer, we provide managed support and iteration from €450/month — monitoring, prompt tuning, and small enhancements as your needs evolve.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes — that is the recommended path. Begin with the Audit or a Starter build focused on one process, prove the value on real data, then extend to more tools, teams, or sites. Each stage builds on the last without re-doing the foundation.
